Walk right in. You have direct access to the beach from your suite. Carnival Beach House is one of the few villas on St John that features beach access as good as this. Located on the island of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Guest Cottage at Carnival Beach House is now available for rent. The Guest Cottage has two levels and each level has a studio suite. The main house, on the property and out of view, is occupied by the caretaker. Carnival Beach House Carnival Beach House was constructed using native stone wall techniques. The stones were quarried locally and accented by coral, conch and sea shells -- a technique common on St. John. The pool is large by rental villa standards - 21 x 34. Carnival Beach House is truly beach front with Klein Bay just a few steps away. A private path to the water provides access to swimming and snorkeling. Klein Bay is a pebble beach. A nearby white sand beach, Ditliff Beach, is a 15 minute nature walk or a 10-15 minute swim or snorkel. Both Ditliff Beach and Klein Bay are protected by Ditliff Peninsula, so the calm, crystal clear waters are sheltered from heavy surf and strong winds and offer very good swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and wind surfing. Occasionally when the surf is up, you can hear the pebbles on the beach wash in and out. It's hypnotic!
